By the time a label reaches the press, most of its service life has already been determined — by the film it is printed on, the ink system chosen, and the adhesive specified against the surface it will live on. That is where we spend our attention.

Every incoming batch of film, ink and adhesive is checked before it is released to production. Our laboratory runs physical and chemical testing on raw materials and adhesion trials against the customer's actual substrate, so a construction is proven on the bench rather than discovered to be wrong in the field.

Printing itself happens in a controlled, dust-free environment. A single particle settling into wet resin is a rejected dome label; a contaminated adhesive line is a batch that fails months later on somebody's product. Ionisers, dehumidifiers and positive-pressure air keep that from happening.

Colour is mixed to Pantone and signed off against a printed proof before the run starts, then checked against that proof throughout. It is the reason a repeat order placed two years later still matches the parts already on the shelf.
