05 — Electroformed pure nickel emblems
We manufacture nickel labels for exclusive product branding, where individual letters or free-form logos in nickel-plated metal give a finish that printed labels cannot approach. At 80–100 microns they are thin enough to conform to a gentle curve, while still being solid metal.
Overview
Nickel labels are grown rather than cut. In electroforming, nickel is deposited atom by atom onto a patterned mandrel, so the finished emblem reproduces fine detail, sharp interior corners and separated letterforms that stamping or die-cutting could not hold.
Each label is supplied on a release liner with adhesive backing, so an assembly operator applies it in one motion — including multi-letter logos, which arrive pre-spaced on a single carrier and transfer as one piece.

Questions
How thin are nickel labels?
Around 80–100 microns — roughly the thickness of a sheet of paper. That keeps them flush against the product while remaining solid nickel.
Can you produce separated letters as one label?
Yes. Individual letters are held in position on a single release liner, so the whole logo transfers pre-spaced in one application and nothing needs aligning by hand.
