02 — Polycarbonate control panel overlays
We manufacture fascia panels, graphic overlays and control panel nameplates for appliance, industrial and automotive OEMs. Customers — and, we are told, competitors — know us for holding tight registration on multi-colour overlays while turning them around faster than the industry norm.
Overview
A fascia panel is the printed skin that sits over a product's control surface. It carries the branding, the legends and the button graphics, and it seals the electronics underneath from dust and spills.
We print in reverse onto the back of optically clear polycarbonate or polyester, so the ink is protected by the substrate itself and cannot be abraded off by years of finger contact. Windows can be left clear, tinted, or run as dead-front — invisible until the LED behind them lights up.

Questions
Can you match a specific Pantone or RAL colour?
Yes. We mix to Pantone and can match against a physical sample. For critical colours we send a printed proof for sign-off before the production run.
Which adhesive will you use on my panel?
We select the adhesive from the substrate and service conditions you tell us about — bare metal, powder coat, ABS and glass all behave differently. Our in-house lab tests adhesion before we release the job.
Do you support dead-front backlit windows?
Yes. We print a controlled-density ink layer that reads as an opaque panel when unlit and passes the display or LED cleanly when powered.
