Overview
Dome labels are printed labels finished with a layer of crystal-clear polyurethane resin. The resin self-levels across the artwork and stops at the die-cut edge, forming a smooth, glass-like lens roughly 1 mm thick.
That lens does two jobs at once. Optically it magnifies and deepens the artwork underneath, which is why domed badges read as premium. Mechanically it acts as armour — the PU is elastic enough that light scratches close up on their own.

Questions
How thick is the dome coating?
The polyurethane lens is approximately 1 mm at the centre. The base film adds its own thickness depending on whether you choose vinyl, PET, polycarbonate or a metal substrate.
Will dome labels survive outdoors?
Yes. The polyurethane we use is UV-stabilised and does not yellow, crack or shrink in Indian outdoor conditions. Dome labels are routinely specified for two-wheelers, fleet graphics and outdoor equipment.
What is the smallest quantity you produce?
